Measuring transformation in lives, families and communities.
Measuring transformation in lives, families and communities.
Every contribution helps create opportunities for young people to encounter Christ, develop their potential, gain practical skills and become responsible contributors to their families and communities.
HOW WE MEASURE TRANSFORMATION.
Gibbors seeks to measure transformation across the four commitments of the RNEM Framework. We look beyond programme participation to examine changes in the lives, capabilities and contributions of the young people we serve.
Spiritual restoration and identity
We look for evidence of spiritual growth, developing identity and purpose, biblical understanding and positive life choices.
Wholeness and healthy development
We look for evidence of healthy relationships, belonging, resilience, personal growth and responsible behaviour.
Knowledge, skills and productivity
We look for growth in education, practical skills, entrepreneurship, creativity and readiness for productive livelihoods.
Leadership and contribution
We look for evidence of responsible leadership, service, positive family relationships and constructive contribution to communities.
We do not define impact simply by the number of activities conducted or people reached. We seek evidence that our interventions are contributing to meaningful and sustained change.
STORIES OF TRANSFORMATION-COMING SOON.
Behind every programme participant is a young person with a story, a family and a future. We share stories of transformation to help our partners and supporters understand the difference that intentional investment in young people can make.
We are documenting stories of young people whose lives have been impacted through the Gibbors mission. These stories will be shared as they become available, with appropriate consent and respect for the privacy and dignity of those we serve.

MEASURING WHAT MATTERS
Gibbors is committed to responsible measurement and continuous learning. We seek to use evidence to understand what is working, improve our programmes and strengthen the outcomes we pursue for young people, families and communities.
Gibbors works through schools, programmes, relationships and community engagement to create practical pathways for young people to flourish.
Creating learning environments that develop knowledge, character, faith and practical capability.
Providing opportunities for young people to develop spiritually, emotionally, socially and practically.
Connecting transformed young people with opportunities to serve, lead and contribute positively to their communities.
WE ARE BUILDING FOR LONG-TERM TRANSFORMATION.
Our impact journey continues as we learn, improve our programmes, strengthen our schools and expand opportunities for young people.
MAKE AN IMPACT WITH US.
Transformation requires people who are willing to invest in the lives of young people. You can help Gibbors expand opportunities for restoration, nurture, education, skills development, entrepreneurship and responsible leadership.
Together, we can help more young people move from vulnerability toward wholeness, productivity and purposeful contribution.
