About Gibbors
Restoring young people. Nurturing wholeness. Equipping for productivity. Mobilizing for transformation.
Restoring young people. Nurturing wholeness. Equipping for productivity. Mobilizing for transformation.
Gibbors is a Christ-centered organization committed to transforming the lives of young people and strengthening the communities in which they live.
We recognize that juvenile delinquency is not merely a behavioural problem. Young people are affected by spiritual lostness, rejection, trauma, ignorance and poverty, which leads to destructive behaviour and hinders their wholelistic development.
Gibbors responds wholistically by restoring young people to Christ, nurturing them toward wholeness, equipping them through education, practical skills and entrepreneurship, and mobilizing them to become responsible leaders who build flourishing families and transform their communities.
Our work is expressed through the Gibbors Transformation Framework: RESTORE • NURTURE • EQUIP • MOBILIZE (RNEM)
OUR VISION
To see a generation of Christ-centered, whole, educated, skilled and economically productive young people building flourishing families, transforming communities and serving the nations through integrity, servant leadership and enterprise.
OUR MISSION
We restore young people to Christ, nurture their wholeness, and equip them through education, practical skills and entrepreneurship to lead flourishing families, transform communities and serve the nations.
OUR PHILOSOPHY.
Every young person is created in the image of God and possesses inherent dignity, potential and purpose.
Gibbors therefore believes that juvenile delinquency should not be addressed merely by suppressing undesirable behaviour. Effective transformation requires attention to the deeper conditions that shape a young person's choices, relationships, development and opportunities.
We understand these conditions through five interconnected areas: spiritual lostness, rejection, trauma, ignorance and poverty.
Our response is Wholistic. We seek to restore young people to Christ, nurture them toward wholeness, equip them through education, practical skills and entrepreneurship, and mobilize them to exercise responsible leadership and contribute positively to their families and communities.

Who we serve.
Gibbors focuses on young people who are vulnerable to the conditions that can hinder healthy development and increase the risk of destructive behaviour and juvenile delinquency.
We work with young people through education, discipleship, mentoring, skills development, entrepreneurship, leadership development and supportive relationships.
Our approach recognizes that every young person is different. We therefore seek to understand the individual's circumstances and provide appropriate pathways for restoration, nurture, equipping and mobilization.
EVERY YOUNG PERSON HAS POTENTIAL.
Our task is to help them discover it, develop it and deploy it for good.
OUR APPROACH — THE RNEM FRAMEWORK
Gibbors uses the RESTORE • NURTURE • EQUIP • MOBILIZE (RNEM) framework as an integrated pathway for transforming young lives.
RESTORE
Restoring young people to Christ and helping them establish a foundation for life grounded in faith, identity and purpose.
NURTURE
Nurturing young people toward wholeness through healthy relationships, mentoring, care, growth and supportive environments
EQUIP
Equipping young people through education, practical skills and entrepreneurship for productive and economically meaningful lives
MOBILIZE
Mobilizing transformed young people to exercise responsible leadership, build flourishing families, transform communities and serve the nations.
EVERY YOUNG PERSON WHO COMES THROUGH OUR DOORS EXPERIENCES:
RESTORATION → NURTURE → EQUIPPING → MOBILIZATION
From vulnerability to wholeness. From dependency to productivity. From destructive behaviour to responsible leadership.
OUR COMMITMENT
We are committed to creating environments in which young people can encounter Christ, experience healthy relationships, develop their abilities, acquire practical skills, and discover meaningful pathways toward productive adulthood.
We believe transformation is not achieved by a single intervention. It requires consistent relationships, intentional discipleship, quality education, practical equipping, opportunity and responsible leadership.
Gibbors therefore works to build pathways that move young people from vulnerability toward wholeness, productivity, responsibility and positive community participation.
